Petitioner is in custody in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018 for the offence under sectio 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent except that there was some quarrel with the petitioner and the victim few days back and there is no material to connect the petitioner in the commission of offence.

He submits that the alleged occurrence took place on 13.5.2018 and the case was registered only on 21.6.2018.
