The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 492 of 2017 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 329 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 326, 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Explanation has been received from the court below which has been kept at Flag-'C'.

It is mentioned in the Explanation that order of this Court dated 8.11.2017 was brought to notice of trial court on 11.10.2018. Thereafter, the court below got vigilant to speed up the trial by giving short adjournments to the parties. Out of ten charge sheeted witnesses, four have already been examined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76540 of 2018(4) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 till 16.1.2019.

The facts mentioned in the explanation of the court below is accepted.
