2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 352, 351(2), 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Allegation against petitioners is that they assaulted informant with axe and lathi and also took away mobile phone & cash of Rs. 10,000/- from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in order to make the case grave.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for informant opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran / concerned Court in connection with Raxault P.S. Case No. 239 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
