Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against petitioner and other co-accused is of inflicting knife blow in the stomach and chest of the brother of the informant.

There is direct allegation against petitioner of inflicting knife blow in the stomach and chest of the brother of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86403 of 2019(6) dt.01-06-2020 2/2 at this stage, hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year of custody.
