2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 ( B ) (ii) (c) / 22 (c) of the NDPS.

3 . Prosecution case is that 1.700 liters Eskuf cough syrup were recovered from motorcycle of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of cough syrup have been recovered from the motorcycle of which petitioner is registered owner.
