The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against the petitioner also besides other FIR named accused. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
