Patna High Court MJC No.4373 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act, 1956') in Encroachment Case No. 3 of 2018-19 on 15.10.2024 and thereafter the encroachment made by two persons, namely Arun Kumar Singh and Ravindra Singh have been removed while it has transpired that the other two encroachers are landless and they are eligible for settlement under the Basera-2 Scheme, for which land is being earmarked, hence it is submitted that the said encroachment shall also be removed within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly. 2.
The petition stands disposed of.
