JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57415 of 2018 whereby Opposite Party No.2 Arun Kumar Singh was allowed bail in connection with Complaint Case No.291C of 2011.

It is not a ground to cancel the bail already granted that the accused has changed his name at different places and on different occasions. Hence, this application is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
