The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that the house is abandoned one. No one resides therein nor there is roof on the said house. Considering the nature of allegation, in my view this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.326/2019 pending in the court of learned Second Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram. Prayer is refused. However, prayer for regular bail in the event of
