The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.267 of 2018 for the offence under sections 302, 304(B), 120(B), 34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. No specific allegation of abuse and assault have been alleged against the petitioners. Petitioners are the (Devar) brothers of the husband of the daughter of the informant. Police after completing the investigation has submitted the charge sheet. Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2019.

Case No.267 of 2018.
