JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-07-2024 This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 09.02.2023/11.02.2023 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. Siwan in Tr. No. 146 of 2023, arising out of Complaint Case No. 743 of 2018 under Sections 341, 323/34 of the I.P.C. 2.

By the impugned order dated 09.02.2023/11.02.2023, the matter has been disposed of pursuant to the order of the National Lok Adalat.

3. In these circumstances, this application is not maintainable.

4. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application to challenge the order of the National Lok Adalat by filing a criminal writ petition before this Court from which he is aggrieved.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
