1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority No.5 (the Station House Officer of Vigilance Police Station, Vigilance Investigation Bureau, 6-Circular Road, Patna) for lodging the F.I.R. through the Station House Officer of Vigilance Police Station, Vigilance Investigation Bureau, 6Circular Road, Patna and to the Respondent no.4, the Superintendent of Vigilance Police Station, Vigilance Investigation Bureau, 6- Circular Road, Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.933 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 (ii) For issuance of a direction to the respondents concerned to dispose off the respective applications which have been filed before them but have not been considered nor they have been disposed off the representations filed by the petitioner and it is still pending for final adjudication.

(iii) For a direction/directions to the circle officer of Circle Office, Mushahari at Muzaffarpur (Respondent No.3) to accept the mutation case no.16652/2022-23."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
