In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 304 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

As per allegation, the police has recovered 11.400 liter of illegal foreign liquor kept in the plastic bag. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered as also the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be
