Under Section 47 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, the impugned order, dated 30.08.2018, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Motihari, in Guardianship Case No. 16 of 2013, is appealable.

Accordingly, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate appeal under the provisions of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890.
