2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023 registered on 29.04.2023 lodged under Sections 302, 307, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner to whom allegation is that he is given knife blow to the informant's son due to which he died on way to hospital.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that on bare reading of the F.I.R., it is crystal clear that no role has been played by the petitioner neither of overt-act nor any allegation of any action is there.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2023 having no criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail. He further submits that the name of the petitioner is inserted in this case at the instance of the informant only due to the reason that specific allegation has been made against the son of the informant. Chargesheet has already been filed.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
