2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 518 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant was going to his house on a bike, five persons on two bikes started following him. He was being surrounded by the miscreants and fire was also made by them due to which he received injury on his knee. It is further alleged that the miscreants took away his bike.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that the name of this petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of this petitioner given in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 524 of 2023. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner but the bike has been recovered from the other accused person.
5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is having one criminal antecedent.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 518 of 2023, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhepura subject to the conditions as laid down under section
