The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the co-accused persons having killed the deceased victim lady on account of nonfulfillment of demand for dowry. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased victim lady and lives separately since long, hence he has got nothing to do with the alleged crime. It is further submitted that if at all any body is responsible, it is the husband of the deceased victim lady. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80471 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 and is languishing in custody since 13.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S.
