2. Mr. Durga Nand Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs that the grievance of the petitioners no.1 to 13 have already been redressed, during the pendency of the present writ petition.

3. In respect of remaining two petitioners out of 15 petitioners, their grievance has not been redressed, but the learned counsel seeks to withdraw the present MJC application, in view of the development, which has taken place subsequent to the filing of the contempt petition, and pursue the remedy before the appropriate authority.

4. So far as the defect(s) as pointed out by the office is concerned, in want of any adjudication of the the contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.3646 of 2023(5) dt.11-04-2025 3/3 petition, the same requires no compliance.
