The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P. S. Case No. 47 of 2016 dated 02.02.2016 instituted for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. but has been implicated in this case on the confession of one Md. Umar.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 27.06.2019 and most of the accused persons of this case have been granted bail by the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80639 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 Apart from this case, the petitioner has been made accused in another case but only after his involvement in the present case and in the aforesaid case, he is on bail.

Considering all these facts including the period of custody of the petitioner, the petition is allowed. The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P. S. Case No. 47 of 2016.
