2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.189 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 307 and 354 of the IPC has been added.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with ten others, who are notorious, assaulted the informant, due to which, she received head injury.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is also a counter version of this case. It has also been submitted that the occurrence is of 31.05.2017 whereas the case was filed on 10.06.2017. There is delay of ten days which is not explained.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and stating that from perusal of the injury report, it transpires that the informant has received four injuries. The doctor has opined that all the injuries are grievous to person. The doctor has not given specific nature of the injury because without X-ray or CT scan, the nature of injury cannot be ascertained. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S.
