The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No.118 of 2018 corresponding to Special (Excise) Case No. 566 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30A, 38(1) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the allegation of active role of the petitioner in hoarding and supply of illicit liquor from the house of co-accused Chandan Choudhary and Umesh Tanti, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
