The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019 dated 20.06.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 324, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged in the FIR that the petitioner along with 15 others went to the house of the informant and on the orders of the co-accused, the petitioner also assaulted the informant which hit him in his leg.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87289 of 2019(4) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence lodged by the wife of one Laddu.

However, looking at the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and the specific overt act attributed against him, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
