JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner passed Secondary School Examination in the year 1995. The petitioner was student of Rajkiyakrit Omar Balika +2 Vidyalaya, Vishnupur, Begusarai. She was having Roll Code 6407, Roll No.256, Registration No.641-27/2544, year 1994, but the original certificate has not been issued and that is why the school did not handover the original Secondary School Examination Certificate to the petitioner. The petitioner filed petition along with the relevant documents in the Regional Office situated at Munger of Bihar School Examination Board on 11.05.2019, but till date no action has been taken.

Nobody appears on behalf of the Bihar School

I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file petition before the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna for issuance of her original Secondary School Examination Certificate with all the relevant documents within one month from today and if such petition is filed, the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board shall do the needful within three months thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
