2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On suspicion, four miscreants were apprehended by the police alongwith one stolen Tempo.

4. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dilip Kumar, who was apprehended on spot. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2301 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class-cum-Addl. Munsif, Samastipur in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
