2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2022 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation that he has attacked by fursa on the neck of the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that informant and petitioner both are resident of same village and they are well-known to each other and they are gotiya.

5. Counsel submits that for the dispute, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9100 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 has filed a complaint case against the informant's side which is Annexure-2 of the bail petition and in retaliation, the present case has been filed by the informant's side in which petitioner was made accused.

6. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody is since 26.09.2023 having clean antecedent and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st, Saran, Chapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2022, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
