Petitioners in the instant proceedings claim for issuance of a direction to make appointment of Mines Inspector in Mines and Geology Department.

Annexure 2 is a notice issued by Mines and Geology Department in respect of appointment on contractual basis.

In the circumstance, prayer made in writ petition is not supported either by averment made by writ petitioners or document annexed therein. No case is made out for exercising jurisdiction in favour of the petitioners.

Writ petition is dismissed.
