The petitioner seeks bail in Bela P.S. Case No.171 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Section 376 (D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 6 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioner is to have committed the rape upon the informant Sunita Kumari, aged about 14 years.

From the impugned order, it appears that the victim has fully supported the prosecution version in her statement under Sections 161 and 164 of Cr.P.C.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
