JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Re : I.A. no. 1 of 2019 The present interlocutory application has been filed in view of the liberty granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2019, to file appropriate interlocutory application for revival of the present writ petition, in case, it is found that the leave encashment amount has not been paid to the petitioner, however, it is the averment of the petitioner that though the leave encashment amount has been paid but the

This Court finds that the aforesaid I.A. no. 1 of 2019 is mis-conceived, since the amount of leave encashment has admittedly stood paid, hence, the same is dismissed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take recourse to such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his grievance regarding his claim for payment of interest on the delayed payment of the leave encashment amount.
