2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail from this Court as earlier his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 31.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52417 of 2021.

3. Perusal of record shows after closure of prosecution evidence the case has been running at the stage of recording of evidence of defence and even on the last date the matter was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Since the trial is at fag end and there appears no new fact to reconsider the prayer and hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with a direction to the learned 1st
