The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The allegation is regarding the recovery of 44.28 liters of illicit foreign liquor from a Bolero vehicle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the fact is that neither the illicit liquor nor the said Bolero vehicle belongs to the petitioner. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in two other cases but he is on bail in the said two cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.11.2019.

No.80443 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Samatipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2019.
