Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.11.2023, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 68970 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide aforesaid order, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order but due to the fact that petitioner had gone to Delhi with her husband to earn livelihood, she could not surrender within time and could not furnish the bail bonds, as directed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20537 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made in the present petition, order dated 01.11.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 68970 of 2023 is modified and now, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court of Exclusive Special Excise Court no. 1, Sitamarhi, within a period of two weeks from today.

The present petition stands allowed with the aforesaid modifications.
