2. It is pointed out that on 10.01.2025, the present case was allowed but inadvertently the order dated 10.01.2025 of the present case has been generated in the record of Cr. Misc. 8812 of 2024, whereas it should have been typed in the present case i.e. in Cr. Misc. No. 88812 of 2024. The order dated 10.01.2025 of the present case reads as follows:- "The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71618 of 2024 in view of the fact that being villagers, the petitioners could not mention criminal antecedent inadvertently, and hence, it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioners in the bail petition that the petitioners have clean antecedents whereas all the

2. Hence, the order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 71618 of 2024 is corrected to the extent that all the petitioners have three criminal antecedents each.

3. However, the petitioners are granted further four weeks' time to surrender before the learned court below and furnish their bail bond.

4. The order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 71618 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. This order will be integral part of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71618 of 2024".

3. Office is directed to delete the order No. 3 dated 10.01.2025 wrongly generated in Cr. Misc. No. 8812 of 2024 from the Web.
