The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 120(B) of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner who is a female aged about 64 years, having no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail on the ground that during investigation, the actual participants had contacted with the mobile and call details is there.

Considering the aforesaid material which does not directly implicate the petitioner, let the above named petitioner

No.79114 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S.Case No.313 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
