JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2025 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71737 of 2024 in view of the fact that being the villagers, the petitioners could not mention criminal antecedent inadvertently, and hence, it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioners in the bail petition that the petitioners have clean antecedents whereas the petitioner no.1 has one criminal antecedent, petitioner no.2 has two criminal antecedents, petitioner no.3 has four criminal antecedents and petitioner no.4 has three criminal antecedents.

2. Hence, the order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88815 of 2024(2) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 court in Cr. Misc. No. 71737 of 2024 is corrected to the extent that all the petitioners have criminal antecedents.

3. However, the petitioners are granted further four weeks' time to surrender before the learned court below and furnish their bail bond.

4. The order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 71737 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. This order will be integral part of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71737 of 2024.
