ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing an appeal against the order of rejection passed by the Circle Officer, Rafiganj, Aurangabad, vide order dated 30.11.2024, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in

Patna High Court CWJC No.20098 of 2025(2) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 accordance with law duly putting all the parties on notice and granting them an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. The authority shall endeavor to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of filing an appeal by the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
