JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed by this Court vide order dated 28.6.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 32593 of 2018 with direction to surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt/production of a copy of the order. However, it appears that petitioner has not surrendered and now this modification petition has been filed for extending the time.

In the said circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order dated 28.6.2018, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of materials available on record and also considering the fact that earlier petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court but could not appear.
