2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bokhra P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 109, 3(5) of the BNS, under Section 25(1-b)(a), 35, 27 of the Arms Act. Later Section 103(1) of the BNS was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner went to the Kirana Shop of the deceased and demanded Kirana items for free. When the deceased denied to give the same, the petitioner shot the deceased and because of the same the deceased died during treatment.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2025 and he is the assailant of the deceased.

5. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
