The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Balthar P.S.Case No.73 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 76.8 ltrs. of liquor from one motorcycle and two persons fled away. The Chowkidar has disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person who fled away.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on suspicion and he is in custody for about five months. Charge sheet has already been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Act, Bettiah,West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S.Case No.73 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
