2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 188, 341, 342, 332, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of trying to free the arrested accused by assaulting the informant and the police team.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda (Biharsharif) in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024.
