2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.S..

3. As per prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is to assault on head of the informant by means of iron rod. It is further alleged that he snatched Rs. 10,000/- cash from pocket of informant and his mobile phone.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant sustained three injuries out of which two are simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

No.88344 of 2024(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation of assault against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the informant has sustained multiple injuries.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and multiple injuries caused by this petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
