The present writ application has been filed for a direction to respondent authorities to construct fly over on old G.T. road situated under area of Sasaram Nagar Parisad from Beda Canal to S.P. Jain College Gate.

The prayer as stipulated in paragraph No.1 of the writ application reads as follows :- "1. That the prayer for direction to the respondents by issuing writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction or directions to construct the Flyover on old G.T. Road

Patna High Court CWJC No.25089 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 situated under Area of Sasaram Nagar Parisad from beda Canal to S.P. Jain College Gate."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nonconstruction of the flyover over the public land is leading congestion of traffic causing inconvenience to the public at large.

Considering the nature of prayer made in the writ application, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a detailed representation before the respondent No.2, Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks.

It is expected from respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
