At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed in LPA No.748 of 2022 dated 20.03.2024 by relying upon para-39 of the said LPA.

Considering the same, petitioner is directed to file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.419 of 2024(3) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 representation enclosing the order passed in L.P.A. No.748 of 2022 and other supporting documents, before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel and keeping in view the order passed in L.P.A. No.748 of 2022, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application is disposed of.
