This application for grant of regular bail arises out of D.R.I. Patna Unit Case No.15 of 2025-26 registered for the offence punishable under sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that about 29.140 Kg. of ganja has been recover from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2025.

Considering the huge recovery of ganja, which is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, I
