2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 167 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 381(4), 123, 351(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a 21-year-old young boy, languishing in jail since 10.04.2025, having no criminal antecedent, the informant has made the allegation that the petitioner established a physical relationship with her on pretext of marrying her, but the said allegation is completely unbelievable, as per the informant's allegation, the relationship was established in the year 2022 but the FIR was registered by the informant in the month of April 2025, and there is no

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the petitioner's young age, his educational career, and the completion of the investigation against him, coupled with his custody period, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Bypass P.S.
