JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-04-2022 Heard Mr. Shashi Shekhar Kumar Prasad, the learned Advocate for the petitioner and Ms. Archana Sinha Shahi, the learned Advocate for the O.P. No. 2. The State is represented by the learned APP.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1141(c) of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and O.P. No. 2 are man and wife

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78673 of 2019(9) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 who had some dispute interse between them because of some matrimonial discord. However, with the effort of the Mediator, the dispute has been resolved amicably. The aforesaid statement has been ratified by the counsel for both the parties.

Considering this aspect of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -V, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1141(c) of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
