Mr.Narsingh Tanti ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 456 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation made in the F.I.R., it is stated by the informant that as a result of earlier dispute with respect to 'rasta' between the parties, 10 named accused persons including the petitioners herein have assaulted the informant and members of his family as a result of which they sustained injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.687 of 2020(3) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75864 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 456 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
