2. On the basis of submissions made by the counsel, this petition is disposed of. The concerned respondent is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner Annexure- P/11 dated 29.10.2024 as early as possible probably within 60 days from today in accordance with relevant rules and law and pass a reasoned order.

3. It is made clear that, this Court has not formed an opinion on the merits of the case.
