Petitioner seeks bail in Gaighat P.S. Case No.214 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 414 Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one country made loaded pistol with mobile has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
