The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.397C of 2019 for the offence under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Opposite party No. 2 was validly served notice but he has chosen not to appear in this case.
The allegations levelled in the complaint petition do not make out a criminal case against the petitioner. From reading of the complaint petition it is apparent that it is purely a civil dispute and therefore, the petitioner is granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.83022 of 2019(3) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 397C of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
