2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 388 of 2024 dated 08.10.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 108(3)

(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the daughter of the informant committed suicide by wrapping dupatta around her neck hanging herself in ceiling fan. It is further alleged that the petitioner, Fulo Devi, Raushan Kumar and Poonam Kumari have pressurized his daughter to commit suicide. It is also alleged that the petitioner used to harass his daughter with bad intention and he used to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that it would appear from the record that the allegation is against the petitioner as well as other co-accused persons also that they have abetted the daughter of the informant which forced her to committee suicide. It is submitted that the date of occurrence is 06.10.2024 and the F.I.R. has been lodged on 08.10.2024 i.e., after delay of two days. There is no material available to connect this petitioner and others with regard to allegation of abetment. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties since 2021 regarding partition of the family property. Further, it is submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Raushan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.04.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18131 of 2025. 5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 388 of 2024.
